Refund eligibility
Engagement fees are generally non-refundable once audit work has begun, except where required by law. Any engagement-specific refund terms agreed in your invoice or proposal take precedence over this general policy.
Requesting a refund

Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via Wise or Nsave, matching how the original invoice was paid.
